Founded by exoneree Terrance Lewis, The Liberation Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to advocating for Pennsylvanians with wrongful conviction claims and supporting those preparing to return home. The Liberation Foundation also seeks to challenge police and prosecutorial misconduct.

OUR MISSION

We are dedicated to advocating for wrongfully convicted people who do not yet have legal representation. The Liberation Foundation also runs reentry preparation programming for currently-incarcerated Pennsylvanians preparing to return home from incarceration.
